Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details.
• If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund (if prepaid) will be processed to your original payment method.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you still wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped:

• You will need to refuse delivery or return the package after receiving it.
• The shipping and return shipping charges will be your responsibility.
• For prepaid orders, the applicable shipping and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
• The remaining refund (if applicable) will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned package.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is applicable after the returned shipment is received, it will be processed within 7 business days.
